Hi, I’m Lisa

An Infant Sleep Consultant and mum of two. I’ve always been passionate about supporting families, and for over 13 years I’ve worked as a Private Nanny, caring for children and supporting parents through everyday routines, big transitions, and everything in between. A huge part of my career has been navigating routine around school runs, baby classes and my love for planning enriching activities. I want to share with you my practical tips, nanny hacks and knowledge of all things sleep because I know that you can have routine, structure and still have time for things that matter to you!

As a dyslexic mum, I absolutely love routine and it helps me get the most out of everyday. I want to show mums that you can make sleep routines work for you and help your little one to gain the confidence in their sleep space. I want to take the guesswork out of sleep and give you the confidence and skills to make informed decisions about your little one’s needs.

I hold a Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Studies, and The Wilde Little Sleepers Method is shaped by my work as Nanny and real-life experience as an active, outdoorsy mum. I believe sleep support works best when it’s aligned with your lifestyle and personal to you & your little one’s needs.
