  • The Wilde Sleepers Method has evolved from 13yrs of hands on nannying experience. It is a clear and gradual plan, where each stage builds on from the last and completely personalised to your little one to help them grow in confidence around sleep.

    What you can expect:

    • A review of 3-5 days of sleep logs. This helps me to gain an understanding of the challenges you are facing and where we can focus our energy to improve your little one’s confidence and independent skills around sleep.

    • 1hrs consultation: This is a chance for us to discuss in detail your little one’s sleep challenges and your desired goals around sleep. I will talk you through the structure of The Wilde Little Sleepers Method and the strategies I feel will best support your little one’s needs, based on our discussion together.

      You will then receive:

    • 3 weeks WhatsApp support: Support in real time, giving you the confidence and skills to respond clearly and calmly to your little one’s needs and any opportunities or experiences that may arise during our support period.

    • A personalised ‘Moving Forward’ plan that gives you lasting confidence to remain consistent with the strategies and skills we have worked on together, helping you keep sleep on track and bedtimes calm and predictable for both you and your little one.

      This plan will support you in understanding how to respond to changes in your little one’s developmental sleep needs and their growing ability to stay alert and content for longer periods during the day, giving you the confidence to make small tweaks to your routine when needed.

    • Little ones aged 5 months to 5 years
